Vintage or Medieval Christmas Card for my Dad

I am so, so naughty, I didn't finish this card until Christmas morning. But my dad said it was worth waiting for :o)

    Oh, my! I love that card. My first name is Noel, how could I not?

    I'd love to know which punch or die was used to cut the leaves on the inside of the card?

    I think I need it.
