Decoupage or Altered picture frame

I used to be on facebook for about 6 years and in that time made friends with several people across the world. One particular family I became very fond of and a member of this family has recently had life changing surgery, so as a reminder to her, that I still think about her I made her this picture, something she can look at when ever she feels a bit down and be either lifted by the sentiment or just the thought that someone on the otherside of the world that she has never met cares. After all we all need to feel loved and special sometimes ...
The picture frame was just a plain wooden frame that I covered with some K and company paper. The sentiment is A Garden of Peace Frank Frankfort Moore. Printed on bazzill basics card with a light floral print (computer generated). The little birds started out plain white that I coloured with Tim Holtz Distress Markers. The flowers are from Wild Orchid Crafts
Take care & Keep smiling :)

This will mean a lot to her I'm sure. That you not only are thinking of her, but took the time to make this..x
